Introducing RegiMEN Skincare System by SkinMedica

Hi everyone, my name is Tom. I am a 24-year-old male and recently started using the SkinMedica regiMEN system. This line includes the Facial Cleanser, Recalibrate, HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator, and the Essential Defense SPF 47 sunscreen. Let me start by saying I have already received so many compliments that my face and skin look healthier and more vibrant all around. Who doesn’t love compliments?

Skin care regimens used to seem almost impossible for me due to the confusing steps and time designated to upkeep. With the SkinMedica regiMEN line designated for men, I don’t feel like I’m spending all this time on maintenance yet still getting visible results and healthier skin. If you’re like me, a lengthy process to get ready in the morning and before bed is a hassle and sometimes falls to the back of my priorities, but not anymore.

Here is a quick overview of my four new steps to keep things easy:

• Cleanse face in the shower
• Apply Recalibrate Age-Defying Treatment after I dry off
• HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator
• Essential Defense Everyday Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 47 before getting dressed and out the door

To begin, I keep the facial cleanser in the shower so it’s super simple and quick to use. I have the typical oily “T” zone on my forehead and nose with extremely dry flaky skin on my jaw and cheeks. I was having to use multiple products to balance the difference in my skin but with the regiMEN, it is great for all skin types so I’m eliminating the need for extra products.

One of my favorite products that comes with the regiMEN is the Recalibrate. Talk about amazing, I never entertained the idea of needing something for fine lines and wrinkles but the Recalibrate makes my skin feel like silk, and who doesn’t want that? I can hear my skin singing “thank you” every time I apply. After showering, I apply the Recalibrate in both the morning and reapply in the afternoon. Within one week, I have noticed a reduction in discoloration and sunspots on my skin, again great for those who are in the sun a lot. Not only does the Recalibrate have powerful anti-aging antioxidants and peptides, but I have also found it’s great for reducing post-shave razor bumps.

Next, I apply the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator which combines five hyaluronic acids giving your face that refreshed hydrated look, hence the name! I think everyone should be using the SkinMedica HA5. In combination with the Recalibrate, my skin has never felt better. No more sad, dry skin. I have even noticed when I apply before bed, I wake up looking more refreshed.

Living in Florida, or anywhere that the sun shines, skin damage from the sun’s rays is very real. Having a prescription grade SPF that blocks minerals and chemicals is such a necessity, and with the Essential Defense everyday SPF 47 sun protection I feel like I am truly taking care of my skin. One thing I absolutely despised about sunscreens was the cake feeling it left on my skin. With the SkinMedica sunscreen, it is light and smooth so it doesn’t even feel like it’s really there. I apply in the morning and reapply throughout the day depending on my levels of exposure. I have learned a little goes a long way.
