What is Jeuveau™?

An FDA-approved alternative to Botox®, Jeuveau™, is specifically designed to address glabellar lines  (lines between the eyebrows) and other areas where Botox® works in adult patients.

How Does Jeuveau™ Work?

Jeuveau™ injections prevent communication between the nerve and muscle. Similar to the process that makes Botox® so effective, Jeuveau™ relaxes the dynamic movement so as to decrease the appearance of glabellar lines and prevent new lines from forming.

Fortunately, Jeuveau™ requires minimal downtime. It is injected with very tiny needles and there is minimal pain. Although there is the potential to experience mild bruising, the vast majority of patients are able to return to their daily routine without ever appearing as though they have had an injection.

How Long Do Jeuveau™ Results Last?

Jeuveau™ will begin to work within 2 to 3 days with full improvement in 7 to 10 days. As with all injectables, the results of Jeuveau™ are temporary. However, the amount of time you are able to enjoy your results will depend upon the dose injected, the muscle strength & movement of the area injected, and the rate at which your body metabolizes the product. Typically, patients are able to enjoy their Jeuveau™ results for anywhere from three to five months.
