How is Vollure® Administered?

Dermal fillers are administered using very small needles to accommodate the fine consistency of the gels. Your Vollure® treatment begins by cleaning and sterilizing the skin. We then determine the best injection sites based on your anatomy, skin type and degree of correction. Multiple injections are needed to administer the Vollure® gel consistently across the fold. The gel adds volume to the skin right away, so you will see improvement. Over time, the hyaluronic acid binds with water to refine the results.

Dermal filler injections do cause post-treatment symptoms in some patients, such as redness, tenderness, bruising and pinpoint bleeding. These symptoms are associated with the gel being placed under the skin as well as the injections.
