Sunscreen is an integral part of an effective skincare regimen. Some of the benefits of wearing sunscreen not only include reduction in the risk of non-melanoma and melanoma skin cancers, but also can help reduce the risk of sunburns, hyperpigmentation, and premature aging. We recommend physical blockers such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, and to use about a teaspoon full for the face, and one shot glass-sized amount for the body. Don’t forget to apply every 2 hours with any prolonged sun exposure.

Isdin is one of the best options for sunscreen protection. The Eryfotona Actinica and Eryfotona Ageless are ultralight mineral based sunscreens that contain unique DNA Repairsomes that help repair existing sun damage.
