WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A MOMMY MAKEOVER?

In spite of its name, this procedure is not just for moms! Almost any adult in good health with no contraindicated conditions can benefit from this procedure, though you may be advised to suspend certain medications in preparation for surgery. If you are currently pregnant or lactating, or if you want to become pregnant in the future, it’s best to postpone the procedure until after your body has completed the process of childbearing, as future pregnancies could affect the results of your surgery.

MOMMY MAKEOVER RECOVERY

Initially, after the mommy makeover, you may experience soreness and swelling, as well as tightness in the skin, but these symptoms subside naturally after a few days. You will be required to wear compression garments to fully support your new shape and reduce swelling. Most patients can resume office work and non-strenuous activities within one to two weeks. Full recovery takes about four to six weeks, depending on the specific combination of procedures you undergo and how rapidly your body naturally heals.
